Regarding the compatibility of this lavalier microphone, it is compatible with iOS devices. Additionally, the product comes with an iOS to Type C adapter, which makes it compatible with most Android devices as well. For Oppo/Vivo/Oneplus or some other Android phones, you may need to set up the microphone manually. To do this, go to Settings > Sound & vibration > Other settings > Default recorder > Use peripheral device.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to link or connect more than two microphones by purchasing multiple sets. Each microphone set is designed to work independently and cannot be linked together to increase the number of connected microphones.
